Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to deliver end-to-end real estate projects. You will coordinate clients, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and ensure governance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferred LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations. Strong MS Office skills and risk-management acumen are essential.

• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation preferred
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity, timely documentation, and coordination across teams.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule, and track progress with status reports.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to reduce risks.
