Job summary

Skill Quotient is seeking an experienced IAM / IGA Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to manage and support Identity & Access Management solutions, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management. You will oversee lifecycle management, integrations, and continuous improvement of the IAM environment, working within a SAFe Agile framework.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd level support, configuration, onboarding, and coordinating with infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining IAM technologies in large-scale multi-site environments.
Knowledge of IAM/security architecture, integration patterns.
Hands-on with IGA solutions, Sailpoint preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL, change/release management, and SAFe.

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle, configuration, integration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and backup of IAM/IGA solutions.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including problem, change, and release management in line with ITIL standards.
Perform application onboarding, technical configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of the IGA platform.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams on network, server, OS, and database-related activities and maintenance windows.
Support IAM-related projects and IT initiatives within a SAFe Agile environment.
Ensure reliable and secure IAM services that deliver value to the business and end users.
