Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking an IAM specialist to support and operate enterprise IAM solutions including Access Governance, PAM, and IGA. The role covers application lifecycle management, system integrations, onboarding, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring and backups.

You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshoot, manage changes and releases following ITIL standards, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on multi-site issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions and governance.
• Ability to perform system integrations, onboarding, configuration, upgrades and patching.
• Familiarity with PAM and IGA concepts and secure access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IAM support and incident resolution.
• Lead troubleshooting, problem management and change management in line with ITIL.
• Coordinate release management and service improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server, network, OS, and DB issues.
• Support IAM architecture and integration patterns across multi-site environments.
