Job summary

Ørsted in Malaysia seeks an IAM Operations Specialist to drive technical maintenance and support of our IAM solutions, ensuring secure identity governance and efficient operation across the business.

You will work within the IAM Product Line and Infrastructure Management, engaging with global IT/OT teams, delivering 2nd/3rd line support, patching, backups, and service improvements in a SAFe Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
• Experience with IAM/IT security architecture, integration patterns, and infrastructure.
• Ability to deliver high-quality end-user support and operate in a structured, ITIL-aligned way.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifecycle management for IAM solutions including Access Governance and Privilege Access Management.
• Run operational services: monitoring, patching, backups.
• Maintain IGA solution and provide 2nd/3rd line support, problem, change and release management.
