Job summary

Skill Quotient is seeking an experienced IAM / IGA Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to manage and support Identity & Access Management solutions, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management. You will oversee lifecycle management, integrations, and continuous improvement of the IAM environment, working within a SAFe Agile framework.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd level support, configuration, onboarding, and coordinating with infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining IAM technologies in large-scale multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of IAM/security architecture, integration patterns.
• Hands-on with IGA solutions, Sailpoint preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change/release management, and SAFe.

You will be responsible for application lifecycle management, technical maintenance, integrations, operational support, and continuous improvement of our IAM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle, configuration, integration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and backup of IAM/IGA solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including problem, change, and release management in line with ITIL standards.
• Perform application onboarding, technical configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of the IGA platform.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in the technical maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of IAM technologies in large-scale, multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of IAM/IT security architecture, infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with IGA solutions, preferably Sailpoint.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, authentication, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Experience with scripting and programming, such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell; Java/OOP experience is a plus.
• Structured, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change/release management, and Agile/SAFe ways of working.
