Job summary

Abbott Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Identity & Access Management Operations Lead to direct regional IAM, PAM, and related cybersecurity services at scale. You will manage day-to-day delivery, governance, and platforms while leading regional teams and driving automation and improvements.

Requirements include 10+ years in IT with IAM, and 5+ years of implementing enterprise IAM solutions (AD, SailPoint IIQ, BeyondTrust, Entra ID), plus a proven track record in global operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT with IAM or related areas.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions (AD, SailPoint IIQ, BeyondTrust, Entra ID).
• 5+ years developing technical strategies, architecture, and roadmaps.
• 5+ years leading global operations teams.
• Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational teams for IAM, PAM, and directory services.
• Ensure high-volume identity process execution (access requests, provisioning, recertification).
• Act as primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Drive service health, uptime, and performance across identity platforms.
• Partner with auditors and compliance stakeholders.
• Oversee integration with ServiceNow and modernization efforts.
