Job summary

You will oversee governance, access certifications, and automation initiatives, coordinating with auditors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT security operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in IT with IAM or related areas.
- 5+ years implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
- 5+ years developing technical strategies, architecture, and roadmaps.
- 5+ years leading global operations teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional IAM, PAM, directory services, and cybersecurity tooling operations.
- Oversee high-volume identity processes including access requests and recertification.
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues.
- Drive service health, uptime, and performance across identity platforms.
- Partner with auditors and compliance stakeholders.
