Job summary

Nyan Kids (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR policy, program development, and systems in support of the organization’s vision and goals.

The role encompasses group-wide HR strategies spanning talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and engagement, with oversight of budget, resources, and overseas partners in Cambodia/Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in human resources (HR).
• At least 8 years progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and ethical practices; strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism with the capacity to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and direct HR policies, programs and systems.
• Develop and implement company-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, deliver and evaluate HR functions: talent acquisition, performance mgmt, L&D, compensation & benefits, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, engagement.

Job description

To lead, manage and direct HR policies, program and systems that support the organization’s vision, mission, value and goals.

Developing and implementing group-wide HR strategies and plans that align with the business objectives and priority, as well as ensuring compliance with legal, ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsible for design, delivery and evaluate HR strategic such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Mange HR budget, resources and vendors while fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee well-being.

Requirement:

Minimum bachelor degree in human resource with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience with 5 years in senior management role.

A thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, laws and regulations, a strategic mindset and business acumen, exceptional communication, interpersonal, strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

A high degree of integrity and professionalism with the capacity to lead and develop high performing HR teams.

Able to travel abroad to Dong Nai and Phnom Penh.
