Job summary

Continental Malaysia seeks a Technical Development Consultant to design, develop, implement, integrate and support global HR applications, with a primary focus on SAP HCM solutions, in the IT Hub, Petaling Jaya.

You will deliver scalable, reliable technical solutions that bridge cloud and on‑premise HR systems, and work with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring operational excellence and service quality.

Qualifications

Masters/Bachelor/Diploma in ICT or related field.
5–10 years IT/Industry experience.
Minimum 5 years SAP project experience.
Able to lead a small work group.
International working experience in teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, integrate, and support global HR applications within the HR IT landscape, focusing on SAP HCM solutions.
Deliver scalable and reliable technical solutions that support HR business processes and ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premise HR systems.
Translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring operational excellence and service quality.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to support SAP HCM, PMD, Fiori and SuccessFactors integrations.
