Job summary

Clarks Outlet Malaysia is hiring an HRIS Analyst Lead in Kuala Lumpur to manage, maintain and improve HR systems including Payroll integration and data analytics. The role focuses on ensuring reliable HR data and system performance across Dayforce/Ceridian platforms.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, deliver accurate HR metrics, train users, and collaborate with HR operations to roll out new processes while supporting reporting and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or business.
• 3+ years in hands-on HR application maintenance.
• Prefer Dayforce technical knowledge and experience.
• Clear ability to communicate key recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve HRIS and payroll systems.
• Collaborate with HR Operations Delivery to enhance efficiency.
• Lead implementation of new HR process improvements.
• Deliver key HR metrics and analytical reports for decision making.
• Provide training and support for HR users on HRIS systems.
• Assist with HR system releases and documentation.
• Ensure data collection, cleansing and authoritative data delivery.
