Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 4 years HR experience or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to country leadership, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies and action plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, misconduct cases, conflict resolution, and employee concerns.
• Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that align talent with business needs and advise leaders on structures and productivity.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives, enabling new operating models, culture change, and digital HR transformation.
• Facilitate leadership coaching, performance management guidance, and adoption of HR programs locally.
• Analyze workforce data to identify risks and opportunities, driving data-driven decisions and process improvements.
