Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support shared services and deliver end-to-end HR solutions. You will act as an escalation point, triaging complex HR inquiries and partnering with country HR, COEs, and business leaders to meet people needs.

The role emphasizes transactional delivery, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement, ensuring consistent HR services across JAPAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 7+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in HR shared services setup is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transactional and operational HR Solution activities per SOP and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support across HR activities.
• Triage and resolve complex queries for internal stakeholders and external organizations.
• Collaborate with Technology on system changes to ensure successful deliveries.
• Lead continuous process improvement of end-to-end HR services.
• Engage with third-party providers to review services and SLAs.
• Maintain partnerships with country HR, COEs, and business teams.
• Ensure standardized HR processes across countries.
• Coach team members to achieve learning and competencies.
• Suggest best practices to optimize processes across pillars to improve employee experience.
• Contribute to HR knowledge base and case management content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
