Edwards Lifesciences Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Representative, HR Solution Talent Acquisition to support HR solutions activities and deliver employee-centered service. You will handle complex inquiries, leverage case management tools, and contribute to continuous improvement within HR operations.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in HR administration, experience with HR systems, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive effective solutions.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4 years experience in Human Resources Administration or shared services environment required.
• Experience interacting with and supporting all levels of management.
• Experience managing HR system data.
• Experience with enabling technologies (e.g., case management, employee self-service) and HR customer service environments (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Perform HR Solutions tasks with high complexity under limited to no direction; act as first point-of-contact for HR inquiries with an employee-centric mindset.
• Respond to complex service demands and issues, identifying solutions and providing HR information to employees and leaders.
• Delegate and elevate inquiries as appropriate while tracking progress to completion.
• Lead, plan, and execute HR tasks for assigned functions; provide coaching and knowledge transfer to team members.
• Leverage knowledge base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries and perform day-to-day activities.
• Consolidate and communicate emerging issues/trends to support continuous improvements and better customer experience.
• Engage in improving HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content.
• Other incidental duties.
