Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is hiring for an HR Solutions role in Kuala Lumpur. The role provides technical and function-specific knowledge to support HR solutions activities and serves as the first contact for HR inquiries with a focus on delivering empathetic, effective service to employees and people leaders.

The incumbent will manage complex service requests, oversee HR case progress from start to finish, and leverage end-to-end process documentation to resolve inquiries quickly while contributing

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 4 years experience in Human Resources Administration or shared services environment required.
• Experience with interacting and supporting all levels of management.
• Experience managing HR system data.
• Experience with ERP system (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform HR Solutions tasks with high complexity under limited direction.
• Act as first point-of-contact for all HR inquiries with an employee-centric mindset.
• Respond to complex service demands and issues and provide HR information to employees.
• Delegate and elevate inquiries while tracking progress to completion.
• Lead and coach other team members on HR tasks and activities.
• Utilize knowledge base and case management content to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Communicate emerging issues/trends to support continuous improvements.
• Improve HR knowledge base and case management content based on user feedback.
• Other incidental duties as assigned.
