Job summary

TE Connectivity Operations Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR Partner to lead policy governance, compliance, and HR operational support across local and regional initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders to implement HR policies, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive standardization across functions. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 5+ years in multinationals are preferred, with strong communication and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and policy governance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in policy documentation.
• Proficient in HR systems and digital tools (e.g., HRIS, case management, MS Office).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• HR Policy & Governance: Develop, review, and improve HR policies ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards; maintain policy management framework; own policy lifecycle; monitor and translate labor laws into policies; design training programs; communicate policy updates; collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders; track implementation and conduct audits.
• Project Management: Lead and support global/regional/local HR initiatives; develop detailed project plans; monitor progress; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; provide status updates; drive standardization and process optimization.
• HR Operations & Other Responsibilities: Manage employee relations; support day-to-day HR activities; contribute to HR systems and workflows optimization.
