Job summary

TE Connectivity Malaysia seeks an HR Partner to lead policy governance, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and align HR initiatives with global standards.

You will develop, review, and communicate HR policies, manage policy lifecycle, and drive HR projects regionally. The role also covers employee relations, training, and operations support.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience in multinational settings, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company environment.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and policy governance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in policy documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in HR systems and digital tools (e.g., HRIS, case management, MS Office).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for consistency, transparency, and compliance.
• Lead and support the execution of global, regional, and local HR initiatives and projects.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, in compliance with policies and laws.
• Support day-to-day HR operational activities, including mandatory employee training programs, compliance reporting, and documentation management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
