Job summary

• Degree or diploma in a related field as listed.
• 10 years of HR management experience with emphasis on recruitment and compensation.
• Knowledge of employment laws including expatriates and foreign workers.

Responsibilities

• In charge of recruitment and selection processes; screen and shortlist applicants.
• Handle recruitment advertisements and liaise with agencies.
• Oversee payroll verification and statutory records (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax).
• Maintain staff data in the database; prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Coordinate internal and external training; enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in HR annual budgeting and ISO-related responsibilities.
