Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in HRM, Business Admin, IR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with Operations leaders and managing multiple workforce priorities.
• Hands-on HR data, reporting, audit preparation and process controls.

• Lead end-to-end HR partnership for Direct Labor and manufacturing workforce.
• Oversee manpower planning, staffing, recruitment and onboarding for DL and other workforce categories.
• Manage agency governance and contingent/foreign workforce requirements.
