Lumileds is seeking a seasoned Head of IT to own the global IT strategy, architecture, and service delivery. The role drives a lean platform strategy across on-prem, cloud, and outsourcing with a focus on cost efficiency and performance, based in Malaysia with frequent Penang visits.

You will lead manufacturing IT, enterprise applications (SAP/IBP/CPI-DS), and data management, while guiding a globally distributed team and ensuring governance, compliance and strong CFO-level partnership.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading AI/automation or digital transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional influence.
• Experience running global IT with budget accountability.
• Deep knowledge of SAP-centered ERP landscape and related analytics.
• Experience working across multiple cultures and global teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and evolve global IT strategy, operating model and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead internal AI transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, data management and enterprise applications.
• Manage vendor ecosystem, contracts, licensing and cost controls.
• Ensure IT governance, security, compliance and risk management.
• Partner with finance, manufacturing and business leaders as the IT single face to the business.
