Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, drive workforce planning, and implement talent initiatives. As a Grade 25 professional, you’ll support organizational effectiveness and employee development while learning Lam's HR practices.

You’ll provide first-level HR guidance to managers and employees, contribute to performance and succession planning, and help drive change across manufacturing and operations in Penang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, industrial relations or related field.
• 0-2 years HR experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership to support workforce plans and talent strategies.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
• Analyze people data and trends to support business decisions.
• Assist in organizational effectiveness initiatives and change management.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and ER to deliver HR programs.
