Job summary

ECO Group of Companies in Puchong is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and payroll, ensuring statutory compliance and smooth employee relations. The role requires hands-on involvement with government authorities and collaboration with HODs and management.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR or related fields, at least 3 years of HR experience, and a proven ability to handle payroll and statutory requirements in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with HR operations exposure.
• Hands-on payroll and statutory compliance experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at different levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple HR matters within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
• Liaise with government authorities on HR-related matters, audits, and inspections.
• Handle statutory matters including LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, ZAKAT and related submissions.
• Manage payroll processing, staff claims and benefit records.
• Maintain employee information, attendance, and HR reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with offboarding, ER, performance processes and HR improvements.
