Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years in HR operations, payroll, or shared services, ideally within construction/engineering or a project-based environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, including shared services and payroll, ensuring accurate, timely HR support across the organization.
• Maintain HR SOPs and process controls for audit-ready HR service delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory reporting and internal audit requirements.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, and Finance to support end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations for project sites.
