Job summary

Adecco, in partnership with a well-established manufacturing organisation in Johor, seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR and Administration for its Johor operations.

The role collaborates with site management and regional HR leadership to drive people strategies, strengthen HR operations and support business growth. A strong HR leader balances strategic partnering with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or HRBP capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, IR and relations.
• Experience with foreign worker management and immigration matters.
• Exposure to ISO, RBA and customer audits desirable.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering with site leadership on workforce planning and people strategies.
• Oversee HR Operations, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, domestic inquiries and IR matters.
• Oversee foreign worker administration, work permits, immigration matters and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation, HR policies, ISO standards and RBA requirements.
• Oversee general administration, facilities and vendor management while leading the HR team.
