Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and workplace compliance.
• Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
