Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR Generalist experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in HRIS, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and related regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with HRIS, Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet staffing needs.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Align performance management with company goals and expectations.
• Oversee compensation and benefits plans and payroll processes.
• Enhance employee skills and promote continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory regulations.
• Collect, organize, and convert HR data into actionable reports for management.
• Maintain HR documents and records in a systematic and confidential manner.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance and foreign worker management.
