You will manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee data, leave, attendance, and HR documentation while supporting engagement initiatives and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
• Ability to draft and maintain HR policies and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Draft, review, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and other HR documentation
• Administer employee leave, attendance, benefits, and statutory submissions
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance management, and grievance handling
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and HR development programs
• Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide HR support to management
• Continuously review and improve HR processes to support the company's growth and operational efficiency
