Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree in HRM or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with Sarawak Labour Ordinance and immigration requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations and clearance.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, payroll inputs and employee benefits; liaise with estate and mill admin teams.
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances; assist with disciplinary matters and escalate as needed.
