KERESA PLANTATIONS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for estate and mill in Bintulu, Sarawak. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, foreign worker administration, HR documentation, training and labour compliance.

You will coordinate daily HR activities, monitor attendance and payroll inputs, handle employee enquiries and grievances, and liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance and efficiency in a plantation

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HRM or related field is required.
• Minimum 4–5 years HR experience; plantation or palm oil mill experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Sarawak Labour Ordinance and immigration requirements.
• Good English communication skills; proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Independent, organized and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work in an estate environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee confirmation, transfers, resignations and clearance.
• Monitor attendance, leave, workers' payroll inputs and employee benefits, coordinating with estate and mill administration teams.
• Handle employee enquiries and grievances; assist with disciplinary matters and escalate as needed.
• Monitor KPI reports and track performance against targets; propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate foreign workers' recruitment, arrival, deployment, contract renewal and repatriation.
• Monitor foreign workers' validity, work permits, insurance and other required documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies and service providers on HR and foreign worker matters.
• Monitor worker welfare and accommodation records in coordination with estate and mill personnel.
