Job summary

LKE Group Sdn Bhd, a leading agriculture developer in Malaysia, seeks a proactive Human Resources Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. You will manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and maintain recruitment records to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Retail industry experience with high-volume recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: manage full recruitment cycle, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and background verification; maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns and talent pipeline development.
• General HR Operations: handle HR administration, employee records, onboarding, attendance and leave administration.
• Assist payroll preparation, staff benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies and SOPs comply with Malaysian employment laws and company requirements.
