Job summary

ALLSOME WAREHOUSE SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a results-driven HR Executive to lead full-spectrum HR operations for a logistics and warehouse company across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

You will implement HR strategies, manage local compliance, and develop talent pipelines to support warehouse operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 5 years of HR management experience, and strong knowledge of labour laws.

Qualifications

Job description

This is a results-driven operational HR management role responsible for overall HR operations of a logistics and warehouse company. You will execute full-spectrum HR strategy across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, manage foreign worker supplier relationships and compliance, develop talent pipelines for warehouse operations, and support organizational development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

I. Human Resources Management & Workforce Planning (Malaysia / Singapore / Thailand)

• Full-spectrum HR strategy execution: Develop and implement HR strategies across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand in alignment with business objectives, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and culture development.
• Local compliance management: Ensure strict compliance with local labour laws, employment acts, and regulations in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Ensure all HR policies are legally compliant in each jurisdiction.
• Cross-cultural workforce management: Build effective communication mechanisms for a diverse, multinational workforce. Manage complex cross-border employee relations and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to support operational efficiency and HR alignment across regions.

II. Foreign Worker Supplier Management & Compliance Oversight

• Supplier sourcing & evaluation: Identify, develop, and assess foreign worker recruitment agencies across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Conduct strict due diligence and maintain an approved supplier list.
• Compliance supervision: Oversee foreign worker permit applications, visa processes, renewals, and cancellations. Liaise with the Immigration Department, Labour Department, and authorized agencies to ensure 100% compliance and audit readiness.
• Contract negotiation & management: Lead negotiations, agreements, and renewals with foreign worker suppliers. Define service standards, cost structures, and responsibilities to protect company interests.

III. Organizational Development & Business Support

• Talent pipeline development : Build rapid talent supply systems for key warehouse functions such as operations, administration, and customer service across overseas warehouse operations.
• Cost optimization : Design and optimize workforce structure (full-time employees, contractors, part-time staff, and foreign workers) to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining compliance.
• Operational improvement & SOP support : Monitor warehouse and administrative team performance. When inefficiencies or performance gaps are identified, proactively intervene, conduct analysis, and support SOP development and process improvement.

IV. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

At least 5 years of HR management experience

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries is preferred

Strong knowledge of labour laws and foreign worker management in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand is an advantage

Experience in multinational companies, HR systems, and multi-team management is preferred

Fluent in English with business proficiency in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing

Be able to read and draft legal contracts in English independently and conduct meetings and negotiations with foreign suppliers, government agencies, and HQ executives

Chinese (Mandarin) can be used as a working language

Experience in handling government audits, labour inspections, or workplace accidents is an advantage
