Job summary

Fuku, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Senior HR Executive to steer onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will mentor junior HR staff, manage complex employee relations, and advise managers on HR policies and performance management.

The role supports HRIS projects and analytics, ensuring compliant, data-driven people practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding and talent retention strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior HR staff in recruitment processes.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Design and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate leave entitlement and utilization tracking.
• Handle monthly staff claims verification and submission.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, contracts, and amendments.
• Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmations, and warnings.
• Contribute to HR projects such as performance management system enhancements and HRIS implementation.
• Prepare HR analytics and reports for management review.
