Job summary

Spring Energy in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to manage foreign worker permits, renewals and related compliance. You will work with ePLKS, MYEG portals, FOMEMA, and coordinate passport and visa matters for foreign workers.

The role also covers quotas, housing and welfare, audits, and monthly payroll data support under Malaysian law. Strong understanding of Act 446 is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration, law, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years' hands-on experience with foreign worker administration and renewals.
• Strong proficiency with ePLKS, MYEG, FOMEMA, FWCMS and e-Quota portals.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws and Immigration procedures.
• Experience with payroll/HRMS software (e.g., HR2000) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Foreign worker management and permit renewal tracking.
• Coordinate ePLKS, FOMEMA, passport & visa processing.
• Manage quotas, approvals and compliance with Act 446.
• Oversee welfare, accommodation and repatriation for workers.
• Support HR operations including payroll data and leave tracking.
