Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, especially in compensation and benefits administration.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, payroll regulations, and tax requirements.
• Hands-on experience in employee benefits management and compensation administration.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Mandarin speaking & writing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits programmes, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare schemes.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compensation policies and remuneration structures.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries and ensure accurate and timely salary administration.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal information, compensation details, and benefits entitlements.
• Prepare payslips, benefits documentation, and HR-related communications.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, benefits vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure effective service delivery.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse compensation and employee benefits costs.
• Ensure payroll and benefits administration complies with Malaysian employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Address employee enquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits matters promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
