Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior HR / Assistant / Executive to drive people-first initiatives in Malaysia. You’ll be hands-on, shaping employee experience from onboarding to performance reviews, while leading payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Ensure payroll and benefits run like a well-tuned engine.
Contribute to benchmarking and fair compensation structures.
Run onboarding experiences that make every new hire feel like they belong from Day
Identify training needs and coordinate programs that actually make people better at what they do (not just check a box).
Guide managers through feedback, goal-setting, and performance reviews that really matter.
Support succession planning and talent retention — because great people deserve a future here.
3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including at least 1 years at a senior or leadership level.
Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (and the wisdom to apply them fairly).
Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
HRIS proficiency — you know your way around systems and data.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
