Job summary

PLAY Management SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive / HR Assistant Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions.

You will manage recruitment, payroll, attendance and leave administration, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management and general administration across the organisation. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR/Admin experience with strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and relevant authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR and Administration experience; senior candidate considered for HR Assistant Manager.
• Experience in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, and records.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and administration across the organisation.
• Lead Recruitment & Manpower Planning, including job ads, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management processes.
• Administer HR policies, SOPs, staff handbook and HR reporting to management.
• Coordinate with government authorities (JTK, KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp) as required.
• Support training, development, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with departments on manpower planning and HR documentation.
