Job summary

MASCOT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a Senior/Executive, Human Resources & Administration to manage full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. You will handle end-to-end hiring, payroll processing, employee lifecycle administration, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will also oversee facilities, foreign worker administration, and general office operations while promoting employee engagement and training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and payroll management.
• Experience with employee lifecycle administration and HR operations.
• Knowledge of government regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement full-cycle recruitment process from requirement gathering to posting ads and screening.
• Collaborate with heads to define job roles and candidate profiles.
• Manage offers, joining dates, and issue letters.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports with data analysis and metrics.
• Facilitate onboarding and training on policies and systems.
• Oversee employee lifecycle including hires, probation, transfers, promotions, resignations.
• Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee files and attendance records.
• Manage payroll processing including attendance, allowances, and bonuses.
