Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture.
