Job summary

Century Bond Berhad is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee HR and Admin operations across our manufacturing sites and subsidiaries in Malaysia. The role covers payroll processing, statutory compliance and HR reporting to support business needs.

You will collaborate with the HR team and site managers to ensure efficient HR services, strong employee relations, and accurate manpower data while complying with local labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' HR & Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll & Malaysian labour laws.
• RBA / social compliance / customer audit experience is an advantage
• Good HR reporting, data analysis & documentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Willing to travel when required

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily HR & Admin operations in collaboration with the HR team.
• Work closely with the HR team in handling monthly payroll processing, verification, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 & statutory requirements
• Prepare HR reports & manpower statistics
• Handle employee relations & disciplinary matters
• Coordinate HR matters across multiple sites
• Work closely with HODs on manpower, attendance & payroll matters
