We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions. This position requires a hands‑on individual who is able to handle HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and office administration independently while supporting the company’s daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions
- Handle full cycle recruitment process including manpower request, job advertisement, interview arrangement, onboarding, confirmation, and resignation process
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Prepare HR letters including offer letter, confirmation, warning letter, transfer letter, and other HR correspondences
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and Malaysia Labour Law
- Monitor employee performance review and probation evaluation
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and HR procedures are properly implemented and updated
- Liaise with government authorities and external parties when necessary
Administration Functions
- Oversee daily office administration and operational support
- Manage office supplies, company assets, and general maintenance matters
- Handle company documentation, filing, and record management
- Coordinate meetings, company events, and staff arrangements
- Support management with reports, data compilation, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR & Admin functions
- Strong experience in payroll processing and HR operations
- Knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations, and statutory requirements
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
