Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage HORECA & Food Service accounts across Malaysia. This field-based role keeps you close to customers with support from our logistics and operations teams, driving sustainable sales growth.

You will engage chefs and F&B decision-makers, develop new business, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment. Expect performance-based earnings, car allowance and travel support.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in HORECA, foodservice, seafood, frozen food, FMCG or F&B preferred.
• Proven ability to grow customer accounts and develop new business.
• Confident engaging chefs, purchasers, restaurant owners and business decision-makers.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is seen as an added value.
• Valid driving licence, own transport and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing HORECA and F&B customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasers, restaurant operators and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer operations and recommend suitable products and commercial solutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our product range.
• Approach potential hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers and other foodservice customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, and support payment follow-up.
