Job summary

TCS Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead complete projects from design to handover, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will coordinate with sub-contractors, architects, consultants and authorities to deliver reliable outcomes while optimizing resources for cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of civil construction, and the ability to work under pressure with long hours.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
Min 5 years working experience and experience in the construction of high rise and etc.
Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee project phases from design to completion to ensure schedule, cost and quality standards.
Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants and relevant authorities while guiding the team.
Manage resource use efficiently to enhance cost-effectiveness and overall progress.
Plan construction activities, coordinate works with clients and consultants to ensure progress per schedule.
Control and monitor work progress and ensure quality of output.
Conduct risk management and quality control planning for projects.
Undertake other duties as directed by the Superior.
