The role requires overseeing end-to-end construction activities, coordinating internal and external teams, and delivering projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years of working experience in building construction, high-rise preferred.
• End-to-end project experience required.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure, long hours, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
• Lead, plan, direct and coordinate with the entire project team on activities concerned.
• Liaise and negotiate requirements between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier.
• Identify, analyse, evaluate and resolve technical and site issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Report project progress to top management from time to time.
