Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Manager with 10+ years in hardware engineering and a deep semiconductor ASIC background. You will bridge design, manufacturing, and test teams to drive new technology integration and robust NPI execution for AI-centric products.

Lead DFX reviews early, optimize manufacturability, and guide cross-functional task forces to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across advanced data center platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product or Hardware Engineering or technical leadership in high‑tech manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor ASIC architecture, physics and failure modes.
• Extensive experience with manufacturing and test processes and schematics.
• Strong root-cause analysis, SPC, and yield analysis capabilities.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across process, design, test, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• New Technology Integration: assimilate technologies to assess feasibility and manufacturability.
• Design-to-Operations Bridge: align product specs with operational capabilities.
• DFX Leadership: lead DFM/DFA/DFT reviews early in lifecycle.
• NP I Process Development: pioneer advanced manufacturing processes for next-gen AI ASICs and high-density PCBs.
• NP I Execution: lead build planning and ramp schedules across teams.
• Root Cause CAPA: spearhead deep-dive investigations and permanent CAPA.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: act as central technical contact across PM, Design Eng, QA, and Manufacturing.
