Job summary

Celestica Inc. invites a seasoned Director to lead Manufacturing Equipment & Process Engineering. You will spearhead validation for AI server platforms and networking hardware, directing a large, multi-disciplinary team to ensure performance and stability before market release.

You will drive end-to-end validation, implement automation, and collaborate with Design, BIOS/Firmware, and Supply Chain to deliver robust products globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in Server or Networking product design/validation, with specific exposure to AI/HPC architectures.
• Proven track record of managing large engineering teams (30+ members) and delivering complex projects on schedule.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed signal integrity tools, network protocol analyzers, and reliability testing standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD).
• Exceptional command of English; strong executive presence; ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the end-to-end validation strategy for AI server platforms and networking hardware, ensuring alignment with global product development milestones.
• Provide technical and managerial guidance across diverse test domains.
• Lead high-speed signal integrity characterization (PCIe Gen 5/6, DDR5, Ethernet 400G/800G).
• Oversee System Integration Test: end-to-end hardware/software integration, stress testing, and functional validation.
• Manage reliability testing including ESS, MTBF, thermal/mechanical endurance.
• Lead and scale a large engineering team with a focus on excellence and accountability.
• Drive automation, telemetry, lean methodologies to increase test coverage and reduce time-to-market.
• Coordinate Root Cause Analysis with Design and BIOS/Firmware teams for long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Supply Chain, and Global Quality to transition from NPI to volume manufacturing.
