Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Sales Planning Manager in Malaysia, based in Imazium, Damansara Uptown, Selangor. The role focuses on leading sales planning strategies to drive growth, optimize promotions, and manage stock health across General Trade channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver actionable insights, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with pricing and investment guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consumer products, healthcare, or nutrition, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and tracking of Account Programs (ACP) and GT Loyalty Programs.
• Govern the GT Commercial Grid, including pricing architecture and channel initiatives.
• Develop GT Blitz activities to drive outlet recruitment, distribution, and product penetration.
• Lead planning, allocation, tracking, and post-evaluation of GWP initiatives.
