Job summary

Ant Group is seeking an International-Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for Malaysia. The role supports the Malaysia sales team in executing regional sales strategies, localizing initiatives, and ensuring teams have the tools and incentive plans to hit targets.

You will lead sales process optimizations, perform market analysis, and manage KPI/OKR with regional leadership while coordinating with BI, CRM, and cross-functional partners to drive performance and timely commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or operational roles in tech organisation.
• Strong SQL query experience a plus.
• Good project management skills with proven record of executing projects.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with diverse local stakeholders.
• Good understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance under an environment with high degree of change or ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Sales Process Execution for Malaysia market and adapt regional playbooks to local context.
• Market Analysis to inform targeted sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
• KPI/OKR Management with sales leadership on targets and performance metrics.
• Performance Monitoring with BI, CRM and data team for dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate Commission calculations monthly and quarterly with data team.
• Local Coordination with Malaysia cross-functional stakeholders and regional meetings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration between sales and BI/Finance/Product to deliver initiatives.
