BID Operations is seeking experienced performance marketers to drive user growth across APAC, MENA, EU, and LATAM. You will lead one focus area—CPA partnerships or paid channels—while managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic DSPs to hit CAC and ROI targets.

You will set up tracking, optimise bidding, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, measurable campaigns. A strong track record in scaling acquisition is essential.

Competenze

• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing with proven CAC/ROI impact.
• Experience managing a monthly budget of USD 50k+ is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with partners, agencies, or platforms.
• Deep understanding of ad fraud patterns and prevention strategies.

Mansioni

• Plan, launch, and optimise user-acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs.
• Develop bidding, targeting, and audience strategies; activate first-party data when possible.
• Set up tracking, attribution, and postbacks; ensure data accuracy for payments and reporting.
• Monitor quality of traffic, reconcile results with Salesforce, and enforce clawbacks when needed.
• Track activation, retention, and post-conversion metrics to optimise beyond first conversion.
• Create performance reports and share insights with stakeholders; influence channel mix decisions.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard CPA partners and networks; negotiate terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Data, Finance, and Legal teams to keep campaigns compliant.
