Job summary

FWD Group Management Holdings Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive for the Actuarial team to drive group reporting, economic capital analysis, and monthly health/medical reviews. You will transform data into actionable insights, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality governance across projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in actuarial roles, actuarial degree, and strong Excel/Prophet/DCS skills, with clear communication and teamwork能力.

Qualifications

Senior Executive: minimum 2 years of actuary experience.
Degree in Actuarial Studies or Mathematics.
Good exam progress from recognised bodies (IFOA, SOA, IOAA) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Prophet and/or DCS is advantageous.
Highly analytical with attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work in a team or independently while delivering results.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare group reporting forms with analysis of movements and trends.
Conduct Economic Capital reporting for annual Business Plan submission.
Analyze monthly persistency and collection reports by channel and agency group.
Report on Medical A&H and Health APR including claims, provisions, and allowances.
Perform experience studies and highlight trends to management.
Ensure valuations comply with regulatory requirements and group policies.
Communicate results clearly to management and stakeholders.
Improve valuation processes, controls, and governance; support on projects.
