Job summary

MySub Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Sublimation & Apparel) in Klang to prepare print-ready vector files, match colors with CMYK standards, and scale artwork across sizes while preserving design integrity. You will maintain organized archives and support a fast-moving production team.

Candidates should have 2+ years in apparel-related graphic design, strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and a hands-on willingness to learn sublimation processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in apparel, print production, or dye-sublimation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for vector work.
• Basic understanding of sublimation printing or a willingness to learn the production side quickly.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure logos, text, and patterns align across panels and size gradations.
• Good time management to juggle multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.

Color Matching: Work with our production team to ensure colors are set up correctly according to CMYK profiles and physical color charts.

Size Scaling: Assist in scaling artwork across different garment sizes (e.g., Small to XXL) while maintaining design integrity.

File Organization: Maintain highly organized design archives, following strict file-naming conventions and version control standards.

Key Responsibilities
