Job description

As a T-Shirt Sublimation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand, and high-quality designs for sublimation printing on custom apparel, primarily t-shirts. Your role will involve conceptualizing and designing artwork, preparing files for production, and collaborating with production team to ensure designs are effectively transferred to apparel, meeting both aesthetic and technical specifications.

What you'll do :

Prepare and process designs for sublimation, including image setup and color management.

Develop original designs for apparel, particularly for sublimation printing, ensuring they are creative, aligned with brand identity, and suitable for the specific fabric and garment type.

Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate color representation and design fidelity.

Prepare artwork design files and templates for sublimation printing, ensuring that the artwork is in the correct color format, resolution, and size for production. Files should be print-ready and free from any errors.

Work with clients or the sales team to create custom designs based on client specifications.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to sublimation printing, such as color inconsistencies, resolution problems, and file compatibility.

Provide design samples, revisions, and proofs to clients for feedback and approval before production.

Manage client expectations and deliver designs in line with deadlines and budget.

Assist with the company's marketing and social media artwork when required.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sublimation printing technology.
